What QRLuma processes
Static QR codes are created locally in your browser. Their content is not sent to or stored by QRLuma. QRLuma stores only aggregate counts of generator views, QR creations and downloads to measure service usage. If you enable scan statistics, the destination URL, an internal label and aggregated scan data are stored.
Accounts and scans
For accounts we store your name, email address, a protected password hash and timestamps. For tracked scans we store the date, broad device category and, when supplied by Cloudflare, a country code. QRLuma does not store the scanner’s full IP address in its application data.
Cookies and retention
A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms. QRLuma does not use advertising cookies. Account and tracking data remain until the service operator removes them or the account is deleted.
Google Analytics
QRLuma loads the Google tag from Google Ireland Limited with analytics storage denied by default. Before consent, no analytics cookies are set; Google may receive limited cookieless consent and measurement signals. After consent, Google Analytics may process device, browser, page and connection data and set analytics cookies. Advertising signals and ad personalization remain disabled. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer.
Infrastructure
Hosting and Cloudflare may process technical connection data to deliver and protect the website. Their own privacy terms also apply.
