Create a calendar event QR code

A calendar QR code lets guests add an appointment or event after scanning. It is useful for invitations, courses, meetings, concerts and appointment cards.

Include the essential event details

Add a clear title, start and end time. Location and description are optional but help guests understand where to go and what to expect.

Remember local time

QRLuma creates the event using the entered local time. If guests are in different time zones, state the relevant time zone in the event title or description.

Step by step
