Create a WhatsApp QR code

A WhatsApp QR code opens a chat with your number and can already contain a prepared message. It is useful for customer service, bookings, sales enquiries, flyers and shop displays.

Start conversations without saving a number

Customers scan the code and open the prepared WhatsApp chat directly. Enter the number in international format with the country code so the link works across countries.

Use a clear call to action

Place a short instruction such as “Scan to message us” beside the code. Test the final design on iPhone and Android before printing it.

Step by step

  1. Open the WhatsApp tab.
  2. Enter the international phone number.
  3. Add an optional prefilled message.
  4. Test the chat and download PNG or SVG.

Is WhatsApp required?

Yes. The scanner needs WhatsApp or a compatible web browser to open the conversation.

Is the message sent automatically?
